Transit windows are quoted by destination and carrier. They are estimates rather than guarantees and remain subject to carrier capacity, routing, weather, appointment availability, and events outside reasonable control.
Freight, parcel, special handling, remote-area, international, customs, marketplace-preparation, and appointment charges are included only when stated in the accepted quote. No tier creates an automatic shipping promise.
Approved orders may ship to Amazon FBA or an established third-party warehouse. The buyer must provide accurate destination, FNSKU, carton, appointment, and routing information before preparation. Extra labeling or compliance work must be confirmed in writing.
Visible carrier damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include the application or order reference, carton labels, item counts, and clear photographs. Missing or late evidence may prevent carrier or fulfillment review.
Wholesale orders are final sale except verified carrier damage, shipment shortage, incorrect fulfillment, or another exception expressly stated in the accepted wholesale agreement. Do not return inventory without written authorization and return instructions.
Warranty coverage, if applicable, is specified by SKU in the accepted quote, invoice, or product documentation. Coverage does not automatically include installation damage, misuse, alteration, normal wear, or cosmetic variation.
